Amusement Park Camp

At the Amusement Park Design Damp, campers will work all week long to design their own amusement park using K’Nex roller coasters.

During the camp, students will:

• Start their own Amusement Park Company
• Design their own marketing and advertising material (Learn PhotoShop and Publisher)
• Learn physics behind rollercoasters
• Conduct on-line research to learn about roller coasters all over the world
• Campers will learn valuable cooperative learning teamwork skills as they design and build their amusement park rides
• Create a Power Point presentation of their work to present at the Parent Open House at the end of the week for family and friends. Campers will also demonstrate their amusement park rides in a carnival setting.
